A helicopter has crashed in Tema Community 1 at an area called Wonderland. According to reports, two people onboard have died. There is a video of charred bodies of the victims in possession of Accra News Online. The cause of the crash is however not immediately known. The identity of the victims is also not immediately known.
The incident comes after a similar deadly crash last year that claimed the lives of 8 people including 6 government officials.
The aircraft involved in the Tema crash is a privately owned Adventure Aircraft which crashed near the Tema Metropolitan Day Care Center.
Investigations have commenced into the incident.
