Vice President for IMANI Africa and private legal practitioner Kofi Bentil has threatened a legal suit against manufacturers of BEL-AQUA Mineral water over what he terms their inability to “calibrate their bottle filling properly”.
According to Mr. Bentil the product spills all over consumers when opened, a development the legal practitioner finds not just inconvenient but “annoying”.
“Can anyone explain why Bel-Aqua cannot calibrate their bottle filling properly???. It spills all over when it’s opened. So annoying.” He posted on social media
He went further to disclose a personal boycott of the product threatening to sue the manufacturers if he is compelled to drink with the same bottling defects.
“I won’t drink Bel-Aqua again!!! If I’m forced to and it spills again. I will consider suing them.” He concluded.
