Raye has cemented her place in music history after being awarded two Guinness World Records following her record-breaking success at the Brit Awards.
In a surprise backstage ceremony at London’s The O2 on May 20, 2026, the singer-songwriter received official recognition for achieving the most Brit Award nominations in a single year, with seven nods in 2024, and the most Brit Awards won in a single year, securing six of the seven nominations.

Her debut album, My 21st Century Blues, earned the coveted British Album of the Year, while she also picked up awards across categories including Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, Best Pop Act, Best R&B Act, and Best New Artist. Emotional while accepting the Album of the Year award, Raye said, “You just don’t understand what this means to me… All I ever wanted to be was an artist, and now I’m an artist with an album of the year.”
Raye recently completed a 40-date tour promoting her sophomore album, This Music May Contain Hope, with her younger sisters, Absolutely and Amma, joining her on stage throughout the global trek. Fans can look forward to her upcoming performances at the Montreux Jazz Festival, Brighton Pride on the Park, and the Reading and Leeds Festival, as well as a week-long stint supporting Bruno Mars on his arena tour in August and September.
