The Office of Hon. Isaac Adongo, Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central, has issued a press release rejecting the claims made in a recent article titled “I’ve been unfairly treated – Hon Isaac Adongo speaks” published on April 5, 2026, and attributed to https://phoenixbrower.com
The release, signed by Communication Officer Aboyom Job, described the article as “inaccurate, misleading, and without any factual basis.”
According to the statement, Hon. Adongo “has never made the statements contained in the said article. Any implication or suggestion that he expressed such sentiments is wholly false and does not reflect his position, views, or words in any manner whatsoever.”
The release emphasized that Hon. Adongo’s cordial relationships with heads of institutions and his contributions to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have been instrumental in bringing development projects to his constituency, but these relationships do not imply claims of unfair treatment.
Hon. Adongo continues to serve as Chairman of the Finance Committee of Parliament and remains committed to his legislative duties with “dedication, integrity, and transparency.”
“The claims published are misattributions and must be disregarded by the public with the seriousness and scrutiny they rightfully deserve,” the release stated. It also urged media houses to verify information thoroughly before publication to prevent the spread of misleading content.
