In a last-minute transfer move, 17-year-old Ghanaian forward Yaw Asamoah Agyei has joined Italian Serie A side Atalanta FC from EurAfrica FC. Agyei has signed a one-and-a-half-year contract, with an option to extend for an additional two years, marking a significant milestone in his budding career.
Agyei’s standout performances in Ghana’s Division Two League drew the attention of top European clubs. Last season, he scored 10 goals and provided 9 assists in 19 matches, and this season has seen him net 9 goals with 11 assists in 18 games, showcasing his natural goal-scoring instincts and playmaking abilities.
