Arsenal Held To Goalless Draw By Liverpool At Emirates As They Fail To Go 8 Points Clear Adrift ManCity

Arsenal’s title hopes were tempered as they were held to a frustrating goalless draw by a resilient Liverpool side at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners dominated possession in the opening 45 minutes but failed to trouble Alisson Becker, with Liverpool’s defense proving stubborn and hard to break down.

The Reds, missing key players like Hugo Ekitike, Alexander Isak, and Mohamed Salah, grew into the game and had the best chance of the first half when Conor Bradley’s lobbed effort hit the crossbar. Liverpool continued to threaten in the second half, with Dominik Szoboszlai’s free-kick hitting the roof of the net, but the Arsenal goal remained intact.

Despite introducing fresh legs like Gabriel Jesus and Noni Madueke, Arsenal couldn’t find a way past Liverpool’s defense, and the match ended goalless. The draw extends Liverpool’s unbeaten run to 10 games, while Arsenal remain six points clear of Manchester City and Aston Villa at the top of the Premier League table .
