Mahama Commissions Ultra-Modern Digital Printing Centre at Ghana Publishing Company

President John Dramani Mahama has commissioned a new ultra-modern digital printing center at the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, marking a significant milestone in the Company’s transformation and retooling efforts.

The commissioning took place during the President’s working visit to GPCL, following engagements with the Board, Management, and staff of the Company.
The new digital printing center is expected to enhance GPCL’s production capacity, improve turnaround times, and support the growing demand for high-quality, time-sensitive government and commercial printing services.

Speaking during the visit, the President commended the leadership of GPCL for investing in modern technology and positioning the Company to compete effectively within Ghana’s printing industry.

The facility also strengthens GPCL’s ability to support key national assignments, including the printing of official state documents, textbooks, learning materials, and other large-scale government and private sector printing jobs.

The commissioning underscores government’s commitment to institutional renewal under the Reset Agenda and highlights GPCL’s role as a forward-looking State-Owned Enterprise aligned with productivity, efficiency, and the 24-hour economy
