CRC Report: No MP should be minister, deputy or regional minister- Full Text

The Constitutional Review Committee report has made a number of proposals for consideration for an amendment of the 1992 constitution. Significant among them are a 5-year two presidential terms instead of the current four. The report also proposes decoupling of the Attorney General’s Office from the Minister of Justice. Another significant proposal is for Members of Parliament to be barred from serving as either ministers, deputy or regional minsters. Below is the full text of the report of the Prof. H.
