The Talent Hour for Persons with Disabilities (TH4D) is set to conclude its Amputee Soccer Regional Tour with a grand finale on December 20, 2025, at the University of Ghana main field. The event aims to promote amputee football, particularly among women and junior players.

Since its inception in October 2025, the tour has discovered 32 female amputee players, 21 junior players, and 54 outstanding male players across six regions. The newly discovered talents will be introduced to the National Paralympic Committee, National Sports Authority, and Ministry of Sports and Recreation.
However, TH4D is facing a 70% funding gap, with only 30% of the GHS 345,600 budget secured. The organization is seeking corporate support to host the grand finale and regional competition.
“We appreciate the support from our sponsors, including Société Générale Ghana, Ghana Shippers Authority, and FIFA Foundation,” said Mr. Samuel Obeng Ansah, Founder of TH4D. “We urge government agencies and corporate institutions to support this initiative financially and logistically.”
The event promises to be a milestone in promoting inclusivity in sports, with awards, prizes, and tokens of appreciation for the players.
