Two persons have died in a road accident at Kwasu, off the Bechem–Techimantia road in the Ahafo Region. According to the Ghana National Fire Service a rescue team of 7 from the Bechem Fire Station led by ASTNO Kwaku Doe responded to a distress call at 1345 hours on November 10, 2025 where a Toyota Voxy with registration number AS 6403-25 was involved in the crash.
Out of eight (8) occupants, two (2) were found dead at the scene and handed over to the Police, while six (6) others were rescued and transported to the Bechem Government Hospital by the National Ambulance Service for treatment.
According to the GNFS the cause of the accident is under investigation. The affected vehicle suffered massive damage.
