The new Municipal Chief Executive for Lawra in the Upper West Region, Alhaji Adams Muaza is dead.
According Accra News Online sources Mr. Muaza died this morning Tuesday June, 24, 2025 after taking ill for some time now. The MCE has been sick for a while and thus was yet to fully assume his role after his confirmation in April.
The sad news from Lawra comes days after Municipality was hit with another tragedy with the drowning of seven students in the Black Volta at Dikpe.
