Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation and Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram Samuel Nartey George has chalked a significant academic milestone to his profile after graduating with a Master of Law (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice from The University of Law.
The graduation ceremony, held at the iconic Barbican Centre in London, marked the culmination of a demanding academic journey that began in 2023 and was completed in 2025.
According to the legislator, the programme was particularly challenging as it coincided with major professional and political responsibilities. He revealed that he had to take a hiatus in 2024 to actively participate in election campaign activities, before returning to complete the course.
Despite the interruptions, he successfully earned the LLM in Professional Legal Practice, a qualification that grants him the status of a Solicitor of England and Wales—one of the most respected legal designations globally.

Sharing this milestone on social media, the Ningo-Prampram MP highlighted the importance of perseverance and lifelong learning, encouraging others not to abandon their ambitions regardless of the obstacles.
“You never truly know what you are capable of until you take that first step,” he noted, urging individuals to revisit and pursue deferred dreams.

According to him he started the programme in 2023, took a break before finally completing in 2025.
He expressed profound gratitude to God, as well as to his wife, family, and friends for their unwavering support throughout the demanding period.
